Our client is a a growing restaurant specializing in Indonesia Cuisine.
Requirements
Bertanggung jawab atas operasional dapur (Harian, mingguan & bulanan)
3 tahun di bidang Makanan dan Minuman
Laporan bulanan kepada BOD tentang operasional dapur & inovasi
Bertanggung jawab atas Sistem Manajemen Dapur termasuk membuat SOP dapur & memantau kinerja harian staf (KPI)
Bertanggung jawab atas kualitas makanan, konsistensi, pengemasan, penyimpanan makanan & penyajian makanan
Membuat, memelihara & memonitor Harga Pokok Produksi / HPP
Penghematan biaya: meminimalkan / menekan biaya makanan, meminimalkan limbah makanan & mengelola biaya SDM untuk operasional
